摘 要:蒙古羊及其杂交改良品种羊在我国拥有较大存栏量。产羔数性状能够通过影响羊只存栏量来提高养羊业的经济效益,因此针对产羔数性状的品种改良及选育一直是学界的研究热点。现代分子辅助标记育种技术凭借准确度、效率和稳定性高的优势为蒙古羊及其杂交改良品种羊产羔数提高提供了新的研究思路。目前,与蒙古羊及其杂交改良品种羊产羔数存在关联的候选基因及其分子标记的挖掘已取得了一些进展。本文综述了LEPR、BMPR-1B、BMP-15、GDF-9、FSHR、B4GLNT-2和INH共7种基因的多态性与蒙古羊及其杂交改良品种羊产羔数的关联性研究,旨在为产羔数性状改良育种中分子标记的选择提供理论指导。There is a large stock of Mongolian sheep and their hybrid improved varieties in Chinese sheep industry.Lambing number traits can improve the economic benefits of sheep breeding by affecting the number of sheep.Therefore,breed improvement and breeding aiming at lambing number traits have always been the focus of research.With the advantages of high accuracy,efficiency and stability,modern molecular-assisted marker breeding provides a new research idea for increasing the lamb number of Mongolian sheep and its improved hybrid sheep.At present,some progress has been made in the mining of candidate genes and their molecular markers associated with the lamb number of Mongolian sheep and its improved hybrid sheep.In this paper,the correlation between the polymorphism of 7 genes,LEPR,BMPRIB,BMP15,GDF9,FSHR,B4GLNT2 and INH,and the number of lambs in Mongolian sheep and its improved hybrid breeds were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the selection of molecular markers for improving the number of lambs.
