摘  要:为了阐明新疆昌吉、石河子、阿勒泰、塔城及喀什5个地区规模化羊场多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)、溶血性曼氏杆菌(Mh)、绵羊肺炎支原体(Mo)的流行情况,试验采集以上5个地区290份6月龄内羔羊鼻拭子样本,提取DNA后采用PCR方法检测Pm、Mh、Mo特异性基因,统计Pm、Mh、Mo的核酸个体总阳性率、单阳性率、双重阳性率和三重阳性率,对3种病原核酸个体总阳性率进行Spearman相关性分析,并分别统计3种病原在不同月龄、不同地区羔羊中的流行情况,采用卡方检验分别对有呼吸道症状和无呼吸道症状羔羊3种病原核酸的单阳性率、双重阳性率和三重阳性率进行差异显著性分析。结果表明:在290份鼻拭子样本中,Pm、Mh、Mo的核酸个体总阳性率分别为6.21%(18/290)、67.24%(195/290)、61.03%(177/290),核酸单阳性率分别为0(0/290)、14.48%(42/290)、8.97%(26/290);Pm-Mh、Pm-Mo、Mh-Mo核酸双重阳性率分别为0.68%(2/290)、0(0/290)和46.55%(135/290),Pm-Mh-Mo核酸三重阳性率为5.51%(16/290)。Pm与Mh的核酸个体总阳性率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),Pm与Mo的核酸个体总阳性率呈显著正相关(P<0.05),Mh与Mo的核酸个体总阳性率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。Pm主要在4月龄羔羊中流行,而Mh和Mo在各月龄羔羊中均普遍流行;Pm主要在石河子市和昌吉市流行,Mh和Mo在各地区均普遍流行。有呼吸道症状的羔羊Pm、Mh核酸单阳性率及Pm-Mo、Pm-Mh核酸双重阳性率与无呼吸道症状的羔羊均差异不显著(P>0.05);有呼吸道症状的羔羊Mh-Mo核酸双重阳性率极显著高于无呼吸道症状的羔羊(P<0.01),Pm-Mh-Mo核酸三重阳性率显著高于无呼吸道症状的羔羊(P<0.05),Mo核酸单阳性率极显著低于无呼吸道症状的羔羊(P<0.01)。说明新疆地区羊群存在Pm感染,Mh和Mo呈普遍流行趋势,因此应加强对易感羊群的病原学检测,做好新疆地区羊呼吸道疾病的防控工作。In order to elucidate the prevalence of Pasteurella multocida(Pm),Mannheimia haemolytica(Mh)and Mesomycoplasma ovuipneumoniae(Mo)in sheep farms in five regions of Changji,Shihezi,Altay,Tacheng and Kashgar Cities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,in this experiment,a total of 290 nasal swab samples of lambs aged 6 months were collected from the above five regions.After DNA extraction,PCR was used to detect Pm,Mh,and Mo-specific genes.The total positive rate,single positive rate,double positive rate and triple positive rate of nucleic acid individuals of Pm,Mh and Mo were counted.The total positive rates of nucleic acid individuals of three pathogens were analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.The prevalence of the three pathogens in lambs at different month ages and in different regions was counted.Chi-square test was used to analyze the significance of the total positive rate,single positiverate,double positive rate and triple positive rate of lambs with respiratory symptoms and without respiratory symptoms.The results showed that among the 290 nasal swab samples,the individual positive rates of Pm,Mh and Mo were 6.21%(18/290),67.24%(195/290)and 61.03%(177/290),respectively.The single positive rates of nucleic acids were 0(0/290),14.48%(42/290)and 8.97%(26/290),respectively.The double positive rates of Pm-Mh,Pm-Mo and Mh-Mo were 0.68%(2/290),0(0/290)and 46.55%(135/290),respectively.The multiple positive rate of PMMH-MO nucleic acid was 5.51%(16/290).There was a significant positive correlation between Pm and the nucleic acid total positivity rate of Mh(P<0.01);Pm was significantly positively correlated with the nucleic acid total positivity rate of Mo(P<0.05),and Mh was significantly positively correlated with the total nucleic acid positivity rate of Mo(P<0.01).Pm was mainly endemic in 4-month-old lambs,while Mh and Mo were prevalent in lambs of all months.Pm was mainly endemic in Shihezi City and Changji City,and Mh and Mo were generally endemic in all regions.There were no significant differences in the s
