摘  要:为了研究不同剂量的复合维生素A、D_(3)、E纳米乳对雄性小鼠生精机能的影响,试验将50只4周龄的雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,分别为对照组、高脂模型组、复合维生素组、高脂与低剂量复合维生素组、高脂与高剂量复合维生素组,每组10只。对照组饲喂SPF维持鼠料并正常饮水;高脂模型组饲喂高脂饲料GD60并正常饮水;复合维生素组饲喂SPF维持鼠料和含维生素A 13500 IU/kg、维生素D_(3)2000 IU/kg、维生素E 50 mg/kg的复合维生素A、D_(3)、E纳米乳稀释液;高脂与低剂量复合维生素组饲喂高脂饲料与含维生素A 13500 IU/kg、维生素D_(3)2000 IU/kg、维生素E 50 mg/kg的复合维生素A、D_(3)、E纳米乳稀释液;高脂与高剂量复合维生素组饲喂高脂饲料与含维生素A 27000 IU/kg、维生素D_(3)4000 IU/kg、维生素E 100 mg/kg的复合维生素A、D_(3)、E纳米乳稀释液。各组小鼠饲喂7周后称量体重,采集小鼠血液样本,解剖小鼠采集双侧睾丸和附睾并称重,计算睾丸脏器系数和附睾脏器系数,测定精子质量,包括精子密度、活力与有效精子数;睾丸和附睾称重后制备匀浆,检测血清中睾酮和睾丸组织中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及丙二醛含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,高脂模型组睾丸脏器系数、附睾脏器系数、精子质量、睾酮浓度均显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均极显著降低(P<0.01),丙二醛含量极显著升高(P<0.01);与高脂模型组相比,高脂与低剂量复合维生素组和高脂与高剂量复合维生素组睾丸脏器系数、附睾脏器系数、精子质量、睾酮浓度均显著升高(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均极显著升高(P<0.01),丙二醛含量极显著降低(P<0.01);生精小管与细胞异常现象得以改善,各组间不同时期生精小管数量差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明复合维生素A、D_(3)、E纳米�In order to study the effects of different doses of multivitamin A,Ds and E nanoemulsions on spermatogenic function in male mice,in the experiment,504 week-old male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups,including control group,high-fat model group multivitamin group,high-fat and low-dose multivitamin group,and high-fat and high-dose multivitamin group,with 10 mice in each group.The control group was fed SPF-maintained mouse feed and drank water normally.The high-fat model group was fed high-fat diet GD60 and drank water normally.The multivitamin group was fed with SPF-maintained mouse feed and multivitamin A,D_(3),E nanoemulsion diluents containing vitamin A 13500 IU/kg,vitamin D_(3)2000 IU/kg and vitamin E 50 mg/kg.The high-fat and low-dose multivitamin groups were fed with high-fat diet and multivitamin A,D_(3)and E nanoemulsion dilutions containing vitamin A 13500 IU/kg,vitamin D_(3)2000 IU/kg and vitamin E 50 mg/kg.The high-fat and high-dose multivitamin groups were fed with high-fat diet and multivitamin A,D_(3)and E nanoemulsion dilutions containing vitamin A 27000 IU/kg,vitamin D_(3)4000 IU/kg and vitamin E 100 mg/kg.The mice in each group were weighed after 7 weeks of feeding;and mouse blood samples were collected;mice were dissected and bilateral testes and epididymis were collect and weighed;calculation of testicular organ coefficient and epididymal organ coefficient was carried out;sperm quality,including sperm density,motility and effective sperm count were measured.Homogenates were prepared after testicles and epididymis were weighed;the testosterone in serum and the activities of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde content in testicular tissue were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the testicular organ coefficient,epididymal organ coefficient,sperm quality and testosterone concentration in the high-fat model group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were signifi
