摘　　要：海上某平台热介质油膨胀罐因腐蚀发生腐蚀穿孔,通过水样分析、开罐检验等措施对穿孔原因进行分析。结果表明,腐蚀的主要原因为膨胀罐封头内壁氧化皮脱落,浸没于淡水中,导致下部发生厌氧环境的微生物腐蚀;提出维修建议、日常运行建议、新建项目建议等,解决现有膨胀罐腐蚀问题,并避免新建项目出现类似问题。The thermal medium oil expansion tank of an offshore platform was corroded and perforated.The cause of the perforation was analyzed through water sample analysis,tank opening inspection and other measures.The results showed that the main cause of the corrosion was the shedding of the oxide scale on the inner wall of the expansion tank head,which was immersed in fresh water,resulting in anaerobic microbial corrosion in the lower part.Maintenance suggestions,daily operation suggestions and new project suggestions,etc.were put forward to solve the corrosion problem of the existing expansion tank and avoid similar problems in new projects.
