摘　　要：热喷铝(TSA)涂层作为一种长效防护涂层,近年来在LNG工厂模块化建造中逐渐被广泛应用。本研究从LNG工厂模块化建造过程中TSA涂层与常规涂料性能比较、TSA工艺、TSA施工及涂层质量控制等方面,对TSA材料选择、工艺流程、施工各环节注意事项及质量控制要求进行归纳总结,提出了相应的工程经验推荐方法,希望能为从事相关工作人员提供参考。Thermal sprayed aluminum(TSA)coating,as a long-term protective coating,has gradually been widely used in modular construction of LNG plants in recent years.This article summarizes the TSA material selection,process flow,construction precautions and quality control requirements from the aspects of performance comparison between TSA coating and conventional coatings,TSA process,TSA construction and coating quality control in the modular construction process of LNG plants.Corresponding engineering experience recommendations are also proposed.
