摘 要:海洋油气资源开发是目前全球重要增量,膨胀型防火涂料隔热效果优异,施工受结构几何形体限制小,在海洋油气行业广泛应用。海洋平台上需被动防火保护的大型油气处理橇块具有结构紧凑、涂装施工不便等特点。以天然气处理设备高压注气压缩机橇块被动防火与涂装为例,系统阐述了火灾危害与评定、防火涂料选择、涂层系统设计、涂装施工、防火外延、膜厚测量等内容,为橇块的被动防火设计和施工提供借鉴。通过源头完整设计、成橇试装配、精准预留定位等方法实现橇块一体化涂装,保障了涂装质量,降低涂料损耗。The development of marine oil and gas resources is currently an important global increment.The thermal insulation effect of intumescent fireproof coatings is excellent,and the construction is limited by the geometric shape of the structure.It is widely used in the marine oil and gas industry.Large oil and gas processing skids that require passive fire protection on offshore platforms have the characteristics of compact structure and inconvenient coating construction.This article takes the passive fire prevention and painting process of high-pressure gas injection compressor skids for natural gas processing equipment as an example,systematically elaborates fire hazards and evaluation,selection of fire resistant coatings,coating system design,coating construction,fire extension and film thickness measurement,etc.,providing reference for the passive fire prevention design and construction of skids.By means of complete design at the source,trial assembly on the skid,and precise reservation and positioning,the integrated coating of the skid block is achieved,ensuring coating quality and reducing painting loss.
