摘 要:在石油化工、铁路交通、航空航天、电子电器、纺织工业等多个行业中,静电防护是一项重要的工艺技术,而研制性能优异的导静电涂料则是该技术的核心。水性导静电涂料具有安全环保、节约能源、优良的耐腐蚀性、综合物化性能以及优异稳定的导静电性等特点,是本领域的一个重要发展方向与趋势。本研究介绍了近年来不同类型水性导静电涂料在防腐领域的研究进展,阐述了不同水性涂料导电性质的来源与导静电性能,并对水性导静电涂料的研究热点与未来发展方向进行了展望。Electrostatic protection is an important process technology in many industries,such as petrochemical industry,railway transportation,aerospace,electronics and electrical appliances,textile industry and so on.The development of electrostatic conductive coatings with excellent performance is the core of this technology.Waterborne electrostatic conductive coatings are characterized by safety and environmental protection,energy saving,excellent corrosion resistance,comprehensive physical and chemical properties and excellent and stable electrostatic conductivity,which is an important development direction and trend in this field.This paper introduces the research progress of different types of waterborne electrostatic conductive coatings in the field of anticorrosion in recent years,describes the sources of conductive properties and electrostatic conductive properties of different waterborne coatings,and provides an outlook on the research hotspot and future development direction of waterborne electrostatic conductive coatings.
