摘　　要：中国--阿拉伯国家合作论坛(以下简称中阿合作论坛)自成立以来,已走过了二十个春秋。作为连接中国与阿拉伯世界最重要的桥梁和平台,该论坛在促进双边和多边关系发展、深化不同领域合作、推动地区热点问题的解决等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文通过回顾中阿合作论坛成立以来在政治、经济、双边和多边合作机制等领域取得的重要成就,总结中阿合作论坛成功的经验和启发,以期为今后中阿合作论坛跑出加速度和推动中阿命运共同体的建设提供有益的参考。中阿合作论坛为双边关系的发展提供了有力支撑,有助于推动共建“一带一路”倡议在中东地区的高质量发展和双方实现全面战略伙伴关系。在新的历史时期,在中阿合作论坛框架下,双方在各领域的合作将不断深化和拓展,通过携手共同应对全球挑战,促进中阿命运共同体的建设,推动中阿关系迈上更高的台阶。Twenty years have passed since the establishment of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum.As the most important bridge and platform connecting China and the Arab world,the Forum is playing an increasingly important role in promoting the development of bilateral relations,deepening cooperation in different fields,and promoting the settlement of regional hotspot issues.This paper reviews the important achievements made by the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum since its establishment in the fields of politics,economy,bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms,summarizes the successful experience of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum,in order to provide useful inspiration and reference for the future acceleration of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum and promote the construction of China-Arab States community of common destiny.The China-Arab States Cooperation Forum has provided strong support for the development of bilateral relations and is conducive to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the realization of a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two sides.In the new historical period,under the framework of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum,the two sides will continue to expand cooperation in various fields,jointly cope with global challenges,promote the construction of China-Arab community of shared future,and push China-Arab relations to a higher level.The establishment of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum in 2004 marked a new historical stage in the relationship between China and Arab countries.The political mutual trust between China and Arab countries has been continuously strengthened.The two sides have closely interacted on international and regional hotspot issues of common interest,and actively strengthened multilateral coordination and cooperation through the platform of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum,demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and a spirit of cooperation and making positive contributions to world peace and
