摘 要:我国儿童社会工作服务在实践中面临双重关系、权益保护与价值中立的伦理冲突,需要遵循将社会性交往限于获取服务对象信任、服务对象的基本需求与能力培养优先以及以儿童的视角和理性的视角来看待事物的原则。同时,由于儿童发展的未成熟性与循序性特征,儿童社会工作服务还需遵循平等引导与理性关怀的伦理规范,这与我国的家长文化与慈孝文化存在冲突。对平等引导的伦理观念与家长文化观念冲突的调适,是践行“培养儿童自主意识”的原则与“引导儿童自主决策”的原则;对理性关怀的伦理观念与慈孝文化冲突的调适,是遵循“理性超越情感”的原则以及“教育超越关爱”的原则。In practice,China's children's social work services face ethical conflicts between dual relationships,rights protection,and value neutrality.It is necessary to follow the principles of limiting social interaction to obtaining the trust of service recipients,prioritizing the basic needs and ability development of service recipients,and viewing things from the perspective of children and rationality.At the same time,due to the immaturity and sequential nature of children's development,children's social work services also need to follow ethical norms of equal guidance and rational care,which conflicts with China's paternalistic culture and filial piety culture.The adjustment of the conflict between the ethical concept of equal guidance and the cultural concept of paternalism is to practice the principles of"cultivating children's autonomy"and"guiding children's autonomous decision-making";The adjustment of the ethical concept of rational care and the conflict between filial piety culture follows the principle of"reason surpassing emotion"and the rule of"education surpassing care".
