摘 要:本研究以芍药‘鲁西红’根段为试材,分别研究不同浓度的生长调节剂、根段部位、覆盖厚度及基质类型的单一变量对芍药根段扦插生根率和生根质量的影响。结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对芍药根段扦插生根作用的效果不同,总体效果表现为IBA>6-BA>TDZ、ABT;3 cm覆盖厚度的河沙基质对芍药扦插效果最佳;单一因素中不同浓度效果迥异,进一步统计分析表明,40 mg/L的IBA处理扦插效果最佳,成活率最高可达100%,生根质量最为优异。本研究从不同外源因素进行探讨,为芍药根段扦插快繁技术和大规模生产提供了数据支持。In this study,the root section of'Luxihong'of Paeonia lactis was used as the test material to study the effects of different concentrations of growth regulator,root section location,covering thickness and substrate type on rooting rate and rooting quality of Paeonia Lactis root section.The results showed:various plant hormones treatments owned diverse rooting effects on root cutting of P.lactiflora and the order was shown as follows:IBA>6-BA>TDZ,ABT;the best soil thickness on rooting effect was river sand substrate with 3 cm soil thickness;the effects of single plant hormones treatments vary with different concentrations,and further statistical analyses showed that 40 mg/L IBA had the best cutting treatment with the highest survival rate of 100% and the greatest rooting quality.This study discussed the impact from different exogenous factors,which provided data support for rapid propagation technology of P.lactiflora root segment cuttings and large-scale production.
