摘  要:本研究探讨了香橼提取物联合间歇有氧训练对心肌梗死大鼠心肌TLR4/NF-κB通路的影响。通过对雄性SD大鼠建立心肌梗死模型,并进行香橼提取物干预和间歇有氧训练,检测其对心肌损伤、外周炎症和心肌细胞凋亡的影响。结果显示,与假手术组相比,心肌梗死模型组大鼠的血清心肌损伤标志物(LDH,CK-MB和cTnI)、炎症因子(IL-1β,IL-6,IL-18,TNF-α和CRP)水平显著升高,心肌组织出现明显的病理学改变和细胞凋亡增多。香橼提取物联合间歇有氧训练显著降低了这些指标,改善了心肌形态,减轻了心肌细胞凋亡,抑制了TLR4蛋白相对表达水平和NF-κB p65磷酸化水平。综上所述,香橼提取物联合间歇有氧训练通过调节TLR4/NF-κB通路,显著减轻了心肌梗死大鼠的炎症反应和心肌损伤,具有潜在的心脏保护作用和临床应用价值。This study investigates the effects of Citrus medica extract combined with intermittent aerobic training on the TLR4/NF-κB pathway in myocardial infarction(MI)rats.A model of MI was established in male SD rats,followed by interventions with Citrus medica extract and intermittent aerobic training to evaluate their impact on myocardial injury,peripheral inflammation,and cardiomyocyte apoptosis.The results showed that compared to the sham-operated group,the MI model group exhibited significantly elevated serum levels of myocardial injury markers(LDH,CK-MB,and cTnI)and inflammatory factors(IL-1β,IL-6,IL-18,TNF-α,and CRP),along with noticeable pathological changes and increased apoptosis in myocardial tissue.The combination of Citrus medica extract and intermittent aerobic training significantly reduced these indicators,improved myocardial morphology,decreased cardiomyocyte apoptosis,and inhibited the relative expression levels of TLR4 protein and NF-κB p65phosphorylation.In conclusion,Citrus medica extract combined with intermittent aerobic training significantly alleviates inflammation and myocardial injury in MI rats by modulating the TLR4/NF-κB pathway,demonstrating potential cardioprotective effects and clinical application value.
