摘  要:针对传统的频率域水印算法依赖于特定变换算法的稳定性,鲁棒性不够全面,且水印嵌入对数据的扰动情况往往被忽略,很难适用于高精度和高应用要求的遥感影像的问题,该文采用混合频率域的策略,设计了一种强鲁棒性的遥感影像水印方案。该方案结合遥感影像多波段、大数据量等特征,采用三维离散小波变换(DWT)对遥感影像进行分解,并结合离散余弦变换(DCT)对DWT低频系数进行水印嵌入域的挖掘。在水印嵌入阶段,采用压缩重构和细化调制步长的方式改进量化索引调制(QIM),使得在相同水印嵌入量的情况下降低对影像的扰动。实验结果表明,提出的水印方案不仅对遥感影像的数据质量影响很小,且对噪声、滤波、裁剪、压缩以及几何等攻击均表现出较好的鲁棒性,可以为高精度遥感影像质量保持提供技术参考。Aiming the problem that traditional frequency-domain watermarking algorithms rely on the stability of specific transform algorithms,the robustness is not comprehensive enough,and the perturbation of data by watermark embedding is often ignored,which makes it difficult to be applied to remote sensing images with high accuracy and high application requirements,a hybrid frequency domain strategy was adopted to design a strong robust remote sensing image watermarking scheme in this paper.The features of remote sensing images such as multi-band and large data volume were combined,three-dimensional discrete wavelet transform(DWT)was used to decompose the remote sensing images,and combined with discrete cosine transform(DCT)to mine watermark embedding domains on the low-frequency coefficients of DWT.In the watermark embedding stage,quantization index modulation(QIM)was improved by using compressed reconstruction and refining the modulation step size,so that the perturbation of the image was reduced with the same amount of watermark embedding.Experimental results showed that the proposed remote sensing image watermarking scheme not only had less impact on the data quality,but also exhibited strong resistance to noise,filtering,cropping,compression,and geometric attacks.The related work could provide technical references for high-precision remote sensing image quality maintenance.
