摘　　要：本文结合近年更新的临床研究和指南共识,以及2024年6月在天津召开的第二十一次全国泌尿系结石专题会议的专家讨论,对目前结石诊治领域主要的困惑问题进行系统性总结和讨论,以期为未来泌尿系结石的规范诊疗提供一定参考。This article combines the clinical research and guideline or consensus updated in recent years,as well as the comments by experts in the 21st National Conference on Urinary Stones held in Tianjin in June 2024 to systematically summarize and discuss the main confusing issues in the field of current stone diagnosis and treatment,in order to provide reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of urinary stones in the future.
