摘  要:结合具体孔型设计实例,详细介绍了H型钢孔型设计应遵循的原则及方法,另外介绍了H型钢轧制规程的制定及力能参数的计算,通过力能计算来校核孔型设计的合理性。通过合理最优的孔型设计,保证开坯机和万能精轧机组之间压下变形均匀分配,各项负荷满足设备能力,实现型钢生产的稳定、高效运行,保证生产工艺的合理性。This article provides a detailed introduction to the principles and methods that pass design for H-shaped steel should follow,based on specific examples of pass design.In addition,it introduces the formulation of H-shaped steel rolling regulations and the calculation of force and energy parameters,and verifies the rationality of pass design through force and energy calculations.By designing the reasonable and optimal passes,the uniform distribution of compression deformation between the billet roughing mill and the universal finishing stands can be ensured,and all loads can meet the equipment capacity,achieving stable and efficient operation of steel rolling and ensuring the rationality of the rolling process.
