摘 要:随着智能制造技术的发展,基于时间窗的炼钢动态排程系统得到越来越广泛的应用。生产动态排程系统将炼钢-精炼-连铸3个工序作为一个整体来进行生产计划编制,形成生产批量计划,工序节点反馈信息的准确性决定了上层动态排程结果的可执行性。文章主要以转炉、精炼、连铸等工序的关键工序节点为研究对象,总结探索各工序时间节点的判断逻辑,实现各工序节点时间反馈信号的精准性,减少排程系统的扰动,提高计划准确率和排程效率。With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the steel-making dynamic scheduling system based on time window is applied more and more widely,production dynamic scheduling system takes steelmaking-refining-continuous casting three processes as a whole to make production plan and form production batch plan,the feedback sourcing circumstances of process nodes determines the enforceability of the upper dynamic scheduling results.This paper focuses on the key process nodes of BOF,refining and continuous casting processes,the judgment logic of each process time node is summarized and explored to realize the accuracy of the time feedback signal of each process node,reduce the disturbance of scheduling system,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of scheduling.In addition,the judgment logic method based on the key time nodes of each process has strong generality,which can be extended to other scheduling models of iron and steel enterprises.
