摘 要:随着中国“双碳”战略的深入实施,生产生活能源的全面绿色低碳转型尤为紧迫。文章基于2010—2019年218个地级及以上城市的面板数据和“宽带中国”战略这一准实验,采用双向固定效应模型、DID模型及PSM-DID模型评估了数字基础设施建设对能源消费低碳化的影响及作用机制。研究发现:①数字基础设施在推动能源消费低碳化方面发挥着显著作用;②机制分析表明,数字基础设施通过促进技术创新有效降低了生产生活能源消费的碳排放;③异质性分析表明,数字基础设施对中国南北方地区、资源型和非资源型城市的能源消费低碳化均有显著促进作用,但对北方城市、资源型城市的能源消费低碳化效应更大。With the in-depth implementation of"double carbon"in China,the comprehensive green and low-carbon transformation of production and living energy has become increasingly urgent.Based on the panel data of 218 cities at prefecture level or above from 2010 to 2019 and the quasi-experiment of"Broadband China"strategy,this paper evaluates the impact of digital infrastructure construction on low-carbon energy consumption and its mechanism by using two-way fixed effect model,DID model and PSM-DID model.It's found that:1)Digital infrastructure plays a significant role in promoting the low-carbon energy consumption.2)Mechanism analysis indicates that digital infrastructure effectively reduce carbon emissions from production and domestic energy consumption by promoting technological innovation.3)Heterogeneity assessments demonstrate that digital infrastructure can significantly promote the low-carbon energy consumption in both northern and southern regions,resource-based cities and non-resource-based cities,but the lowcarbon effect of energy consumption is more pronounced in northern cities and resource-based cities.
