大运河江苏段历史文化村镇旅游活化效果评价及发展策略

摘　　要：文章在探讨历史文化村镇旅游活化理论框架的基础上,使用层次分析法构建历史文化村镇旅游活化效果评价指标体系,对大运河江苏段29个历史文化村镇及其4种发展类型进行了旅游活化效果评价。结果表明:①历史文化村镇旅游活化是一个沿着“存续传统肌理—激活传统特质—持续发展机制—精致利用方式”脉络,持续向村镇空间体系释放功能和价值,进而促进村镇有效保护和活态传承目标实现的动态过程。②案例村镇旅游活化效果整体差距较为明显,呈现梯级分化、非均衡性的状态。5项准则层评价结果具有各自差异,刻画了不同特征的旅游活化形象。③不同类型村镇旅游活化效果构成特征各异。景社一体型村镇在协调发展下活化效果得到增强,景社分离型村镇在生产驱动下产生活化极化,零散景点型村镇在自觉探索下维持着活化均衡,原生社区型村镇在静态保护下面临活化衰败危险。最后,文章提出了历史文化村镇旅游活化的对策建议。On the basis of exploring the theoretical framework of tourism revitalization of historical-cultural villages and towns,this article uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index system of the tourism revitalization effect of historical-cultural villages and towns,and evaluates the tourism revitalization effect of 29 historical-cultural villages and towns and their four development types in Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal.The results show that:1)The tourism revitalization of historical-cultural villages and towns is a dynamic process that continues to release functions and values to the spatial system of villages and towns along the path of"preserving traditional textures,activating traditional characteristics,sustainable development mechanisms,and exquisite utilization methods",thereby promoting the effective protection and active inheritance of villages and towns.2)The overall difference of the effect of tourism revitalization of the historical-cultural villages and towns is quite significant,showing a hierarchical and unbalanced state.The evaluation results of the five criteria layers have their own differences,depicting different characteristics of tourism revitalization images.3)Different types of villages and towns have different characteristics of tourism revitalization effect.Revitalization effect of scenic spots and communities of villages and towns is enhanced under the coordinated development.Revitalization polarization of scenic spots and communities of villages and towns is generated under the industry driven.Revitalization balance of scattered scenic spot of villages and towns is maintained through the conscious exploration,original community-type villages and towns face the risk of revitalization decay under static protection.Finally,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for tourism revitalization of historical-cultural villages and towns.
