“三元”融通的媒介空间:网上群众工作中党报的中介化功能

摘　　要：伴随媒介化社会的到来,以《人民日报》为代表的党报进入转型新阶段,依托现有矩阵和自有平台,搭建起连接政府机关与市民群众之间沟通的桥梁,积极探索和丰富网上群众路线的实践。以《领导留言板》栏目作为观测对象,爬梳2022年8月-2023年8月的用户留言、反馈、评价,发现党报基于自有平台有效发挥了“居间调节”的中介功能,实现了党政机关、市民群众间的“强连接”,在交换与依赖中建构了群众工作的媒介空间。尽管因技术遮蔽、时间错位、信任匮缺等因素部分地制约其中介功能的发挥,阻碍了网络群众工作的开展,但基于媒介搭台建构的网上群众工作环境,始终可以为党报走好新时代网上群众路线、建强“政、民、媒”三元融通的自有阵地赋能,切实强化党报的传播力、影响力、引导力和公信力。With the advent of mediatized society,Party newspapers represented by Peoples Daily have entered a new stage of transformation,relying on the existing matrix and their own platforms to build bridges connect-ing politics and the people,and actively exploring and enriching the practice of online mass line.Taking the column of"Leaders Message Board"as the observation object,we climbed through the users messages,feed-backs and evaluations from August 2022 to August 2023,and found that the Party newspaper based on its own platform has effectively played the intermediary function of"intermediary regulation",realizing the"strong connection"between the Party and government organs,the public and the masses.It is found that party news-papers effectively play the intermediary function of"intermediary regulation"based on their own platforms,re-alizing the"strong connection"between party and government organs and the public,and constructing the media space for mass work in the exchange and dependence.Although the intermediary function is partly re-stricted by factors such as technological obscurity,time dislocation,and lack of trust,which hinders the de-velopment of online mass work,the online mass work environment constructed on the basis of the media can always empower the Party newspaper to take the online mass line in the new era,and to build up its own posi-tion for the integration of the three elements of"government,people,and media,"effectively strengthening the communication power of the Party newspaper,as well as the ability of the Party newspaper to communicate with the public and the public.This will effectively strengthen the communication power,influence,guiding power and credibility of party newspapers.
