摘　　要：植物精油是一种重要的天然资源,具有广泛的应用价值。随着生活水平的提高,人们对植物精油的认识和使用逐渐深入,需求量越来越大。植物精油提取技术也在不断发展和优化,从古人炼丹蒸酒手工操作到现代的自动化、智能化设备,提取方法、设备、工艺多种多样,向着更天然、环保、高效、安全的方向发展。本综述主要概述目前常用的水蒸汽蒸馏法、萃取法、压榨法等植物精油提取方法,介绍微波、超声波、微生物等辅助法,分析各种方法仪器设备的优缺点及应用范围,旨在为植物精油的研究和生产提供参考。Plant essential oils are crucial natural resources and have high application value.With the increasing understanding and use of plant essential oils,the extraction process of plant essential oils is also developing.From the beginning of the de-velopment of ancient alchemy and steaming wine,the extraction methods and equipment processes have been diversified and developed in a more environmentally friendly,efficient,and safe direction.This review mainly summarizes the extraction methods of plant essential oils,such as distillation,pressing,and extraction,and introduces the instruments and processes used in experiments and industry,aiming at providing a reference for the research and production of plant essential oils.
