摘　　要：数字化转型是新质生产力发展的重要方面,基于我国区域和产业发展呈现出的新特征与新趋势,本文重点关注了城市群建设对数字经济发展的影响效应。随着城镇化的不断推进,要素跨区域流动的特征不断增强,城市之间的交流联系日益密切,城市群逐渐成为我国区域经济发展的主要空间载体。通过在更大范围内加强资源和市场共享、知识和技术溢出、要素和企业匹配,城市群能够扩展经济空间形成更强的集聚与网络外部性效应,与数字经济发展相结合,本文从需求和供给端论述了城市群推动数字化转型的作用机理。采用2011-2021年我国地级及以上城市面板数据,本文基于我国城市群战略规划的实施,构造政策识别的双重差分模型对城市群的影响效应进行了检验,结果表明城市群政策规划的实施能够显著带动数字经济的发展,且较为稳健。进一步地,本文从数字化需求扩张效应、数字技术溢出效应和人才资金等要素的支撑效应三个方面对城市群促进数字经济发展的作用机制进行了实证分析。另外异质性的分析则发现中心城市与非中心城市都能够享受到城市群带来的数字红利,相比之下东部地区城市群发展的作用更为明显。从本文研究出发,要加强区域与产业的耦合协调,优化经济活动空间布局推动数字化转型,同时本文也为通过区域一体化的协同联动来促进新质生产力发展提供了一定的理论解释和事实支撑。Digital transformation is an important aspect of the development of new quality productive forces.Based on the new characteristics and trends in China's regional and industrial development,this article focuses on the impact of urban agglomeration construction on the development of the digital economy.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the characteristics of cross-regional flow of factors are constantly strengthened,the exchanges and connections between cities are becoming increasingly close,and urban agglomerations are gradually becoming the main spatial carriers for regional economic development in China.By strengthening resource and market sharing,knowledge and technology spillovers,and factor and enterprise matching on a larger scale,urban agglomerations can expand economic space to form stronger agglomeration and network externalities.Combined with the development of the digital economy,the article discusses the mechanisms through which urban agglomerations promote digital transformation from both demand and supply perspectives.Using panel data of Chinese prefecture-level and above cities from 2011 to 2021,this article is based on the implementation of China's urban agglomeration strategic planning and constructs a double difference model of policy identification to test the impact of urban agglomerations.The results indicate that the implementation of urban agglomeration policies significantly promotes the development of the digital economy.Furthermore,the article conducts an empirical analysis of the mechanism of urban agglomerations in promoting the development of the digital economy from three aspects:the expansion effect of digital demand,the spillover effect of digital technology,and the supporting effect of factors such as talent and capital.In addition,the heterogeneous analysis finds that both central cities and non-central cities can enjoy the digital dividends brought by urban agglomerations.In comparison,the effect of urban agglomeration development in the eastern region is more obvio
