共同富裕目标下劳动收入应有份额的存在逻辑及实现条件

摘　　要：我国正在为实现新时代共同富裕而奋斗,实现这一目标客观上要求劳动收入份额达到应有高度。为此应建立和分析“新时代共同富裕目标下劳动收入应有份额”范畴和“新时代共同富裕目标下劳动收入应有份额实现条件”论题。新时代共同富裕目标下劳动收入应有份额具有存在逻辑和实现条件,其实现以影响劳动收入份额的各因素同时达到相应水平为条件,包括很高的生产力发展水平、生产资料公有制占主体(或主导)地位的所有制结构、合理的劳动创造价值的分配制度、非公有制经济领域劳动要素和资本要素具有对等稀缺程度、非公有制经济领域劳资双方具有对等谈判能力、非公有制经济企业主具有较高的政治思想素质和道德修养水平等。这些条件将在贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神的过程中逐步形成,新时代共同富裕目标下劳动收入应有份额也会随之实现。China is striving for common prosperity in the new era,and to achieve this goal objectively requires that the share of labor income reaches a due level.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and analyze the scope of“the due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era”and the thesis of“the conditions for realizing the due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era”.The due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era has its practical logic and realization conditions.Its realization is conditional on all factors affecting the share of labor income reaching the corresponding level at the same time.These factors include the high level of productivity development,the ownership structure in which the public ownership of production means occupies a dominant position,the reasonable distribution system of labor value,equal scarcity of labor factors and capital factors in the non-public economy,equal negotiation competence between labor and capital in the non-public economy,and the high level of entrepreneurs'political,ideological and moral qualities in the non-public economy.The due share of labor income under the goal of common prosperity in the new era will be realized,as these conditions will be gradually formed in the process of implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth CPC Central Committee.
