摘　　要：《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》明确在发展中保障和改善民生是中国式现代化的重大任务。作为推动共建共享、调节社会分配、保障公民权益的重要机制,农村社会保障在促进共同富裕方面具有举足轻重的作用,农村社会保障制度也无形中被赋予新使命。以农村社会保障制度赋能实现共同富裕并非一帆风顺,当前在规范支撑、主体结构以及财政保障领域仍面临诸多现实困境。农村社会保障制度优化作为一项系统工程,需要健全农村社会保障制度的法律体系,完善农村社会保障主体结构,强化农村社会保障制度的财政支撑,不断将农村社会保障纳入社会主义共同富裕轨道。Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization makes it clear that safeguarding and improving people's livelihood in the course of development is a major task of Chinese modernization.As an important mechanism to promote joint contribution and shared benefits,regulate social distribution,and protect citizens'rights and interests,rural social security plays a pivotal role in facilitating common prosperity.Accordingly,the rural social security system has also been invariably endowed with a new mission.It is not easy to realize common prosperity with the empowerment of the rural social security system,as it is facing many real difficulties in the fields of normative support,main structure and fiscal guarantee.As a systematic project,the optimization of the rural social security system needs to improve its legal system,perfect its main structure,and strengthen its fiscal support,so as to bring the rural social security system into the orbit of socialist common prosperity.
