摘　　要：理论创新是时代进步的要求,实践创新是推动社会前进的法宝。改革开放以来,我国职工民主管理在理论创新和实践创新双轮驱动下获得了新的发展,维护了广大劳动者的合法权益,成为基层践行全过程人民民主的有机构成与重要内容。我国职工民主管理在具体操作中要不断巩固职工民主管理的主体和基础,在推进中国式现代化和中华民族伟大复兴的进程中发挥更大的作用。Theoretical innovation is a requirement for the progress of the times,and practical innovation is a magic weapon for the advancement of society.Since the reform and opening up of China,the democratic management of workers in China has gained new development under the dual drive of theoretical and prac-tical innovation,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of workers,and becoming an organic component and an important content of the grass-roots practice of people's democracy in the whole process.The democratic management of workers in China should continue to consolidate the main body and foundation of democratic management of workers in its concrete operation,and play a greater role in the pro-cess of promoting Chinese-style modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
