工会干部教育培训工作现状与发展探析——以广西壮族自治区为例

摘　　要：加强工会干部教育培训工作,建设一支高素质专业化的工会干部队伍,是有效发挥工会桥梁纽带作用的基础和保障。当前,广西壮族自治区工会干部教育培训工作已取得积极成效,但仍存在统筹规划弱、培训覆盖面小、培训形式和教学方法有待改进等问题和不足。迫切需要各级工会和自治区总工会干部学校始终坚持正确政治方向,深刻认识加强工会干部教育培训工作的重大意义,在加强工会干部教育培训制度顶层设计,特别是健全完善工会干部教培体系等方面狠下功夫,推动全区工会干部教育培训工作高质量发展。Strengthening the education and training of trade union cadres and building a team of high-quality and specialized trade union cadres is the basis and guarantee for the effective play of the role of trade unions as a bridge and link.At present,the education and training work of trade union cadres in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has achieved positive results,but there are still problems and deficiencies such as weak overall planning,small training coverage,training forms and teaching methods to be improved.There is an urgent need for trade unions at all levels and regional trade union cadre schools to always adhere to the cor-rect political direction,deeply understand the significance of strengthening the education and training of trade union cadres,make great efforts in strengthening the top-level design of the education and training system of trade union cadres,especially in sounding and perfecting the system of teaching and training of trade union cadres,and promote the high-quality development of education and training of trade union cadres in the re-gion.
