贯彻落实北京市工会十五大精神组织职工争当发展新质生产力“尖兵”

摘　　要：北京市工会十五大提出了组织职工争当发展新质生产力“尖兵”“建功立业”的任务要求。本研究聚焦“首都高质量发展”,阐述工会建功立业的时代背景、北京实践和未来路径。中国式现代化、全球产业变革及职工队伍变化使工会建功立业面临新的挑战。北京工会在建功立业方面进行了卓有成效的实践和探索,取得了一些成绩,也呈现出一些变化和问题。各级工会应当以产业工人队伍建设改革带动工会劳动经济工作,打造建功立业与示范引领两大平台,加强激励保障,发挥企业主体作用,在建功立业中找准工会工作的切入点和着力点。The Fifteenth Congress of the Beijing Municipal Trade Union put forward the task of organizing workers to become the"leading soldiers"in the development of new-quality productive forces and to"build up their careers"This study focuses on the"high-quality development of the capital city"and describes the background,practice,requirements and future path of trade unions.The modernization of China,global industrial changes and changes in the workforce have brought new challenges to trade unions.Trade unions in Beijing have carried out fruitful practices and explorations in building up and establishing a career,making some achievements and showing some changes and problems.Trade unions at all levels should drive the labor and economic work of trade unions with the reform of the construction of industrial workforce,create two platforms of building and leading,strengthen incentives and protection,play the role of the main body of the enterprises,and find the entry point and focus point of the work of trade unions in the building and leading of the workforce.
