上海城中村改造的主题与价值转变(2014—2023)——基于媒体话语的研究

摘　　要：自新型城镇化战略实施以来,城中村改造一直是各级政府高度关注的发展议题。上海是超大特大城市推进城中村改造的重要城市,近年来开展了诸多有益的探索。从主流媒体平台采集2014—2023年上海城中村及其改造的相关文本数据,运用词频统计、主题模型和网络分析等技术方法进行内容分析,考察上海城中村改造议题的关注热点和话语构建,并剖析不同主题话语的动态发展趋势。研究发现,涉及上海城中村改造的媒体话语主题繁多,但整体上呈现出从改善人居环境的微观目标向城乡统筹发展的宏观愿景转变。这些变化反映了主导上海城中村改造的空间认知经历了从城乡对立朝向城乡融合的价值均衡过程。由此,在当前深入实施以人为本的新型城镇化战略过程中,以包容性治理促进城中村改造惠及所有居民,是适应城市高质量发展需求的题中之义。Since the implementation of the new urbanization strategy,urban village redevelopment has been a great concern for governments in China.Shanghai is one of the super-large cities which actively and steadily promotes the redevelopment of urban villages,and some good practices have been carried out in recent years.Based on the mainstream media platforms,this paper collects relevant text data of Shanghai’s urban villages from 2014 to 2023,and uses techniques such as word frequency statistics,thematic model and network analysis to conduct content analysis.It examines the focus of discourse construction of urban village redevelopment in Shanghai,and analyzes the dynamic trend of discourse on different themes.The research finds that while many topics are covered in the media discourse,there is a change from the micro goal of improving the human settlement environment to the macro vision of the overall development of urban and rural areas.This change reflects that the spatial cognition,which dominates the redevelopment of urban villages,has experienced a value balance process from the opposition between urban and rural areas to their integration.Therefore,in the current in-depth implementation of the new people-oriented urbanization strategy,promoting inclusive governance for urban villages redevelopment to benefit all residents is the core point to meet the needs of high-quality urban development.
