摘  要:聚丙烯酰胺乳液压裂液具有现场应用效果良好、作业效率高、降本效果显著等优点,目前已在致密砂岩气大规模体积压裂中广泛应用,但缺乏针对该体系的统一指标及检测方法。以鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地、东胜气田为研究背景,通过文献调研、理论推导、室内实验、工程实践等手段,量化制定了聚丙烯酰胺乳液压裂液关键技术指标:增黏速率≥85%、表观黏度≥50 m Pa·s、耐温耐剪切能力≥50 m Pa·s、降阻率≥70%、破胶液防膨率≥80%、破胶液表面张力≤28 mN/m,为鄂尔多斯盆地致密砂岩气藏压裂用聚丙烯酰胺乳液压裂液规范化使用提供有力技术指导。Polyacrylamide emulsion fracturing fluid has the advantages of good field application effect,high operating efficiency,and significant cost reduction effect.At present,it has been widely used in large-scale volumetric fracturing of tight sandstone gas,but there is a lack of unified index and detection method for this system.Based on the research background of Daniudi and Dongsheng gas fields in Ordos Basin,the key technical indexes of polyacrylamide emulsion fracturing fluid were quantified by means of literature research,theoretical derivation,laboratory experiments and engineering practice,namely,viscosity increase rate≥85%,apparent viscosity≥50 mPa·s,temperature and shear resistance≥50 mPa·s,resistance reduction rate≥70%,anti-swelling rate of glue breaking solution≥80%,surface tension of glue breaking solution≤28 mN/m.It provides powerful technical guidance for the standardized use of polyacrylamide emulsion fracturing fluid for tight sandstone gas reservoir fracturing in Ordos Basin.
