摘 要:抽油机井单耗是衡量举升工艺耗能的重要指标,有必要对其进行分析和讨论,从而确定主要影响因素并采取措施。采用ISM法进行百米吨液耗电的影响因素层级分解,对各影响要素进行线性拟合,并进行统计学分析。百米吨液耗电受到有功功率、沉没度、泵效、泵径等10个要素作用影响;33口样本井经拟合回归,决定系数为0.842,拟合程度较高;对百米吨液耗电的影响中,沉没度、有功功率、泵效指标影响大;对抽油机井进行了合理沉没度调整,累积节约用电155.97×10^(4)kW·h,创造效益99.3万元。研究结果对油田机采井能耗影响因素分析提供借鉴,为节能增效方向的进一步潜力挖掘提供支撑。The unit consumption of the pumping well is an important index to measure the energy consumption of the lifting process,so it is necessary to analyze and discuss it,so as to determine the main influencing factors and take measures.In this paper,ISM method is proposed to decompose the influencing factors of 100 meter-ton liquid power consumption,and linear fitting is carried out for each influencing factor,and statistical analysis is carried out.The liquid power consumption of 100 m ton is affected by 10 factors such as active power,submersibility,pump efficiency and pump diameter.The determination coefficient of 33 sample wells is 0.842 by fitting regression,indicating a high degree of fitting.The sunken degree,active power and pump efficiency have great influence on the power consumption of 100 m tons of liquid.A reasonable sunk degree adjustment was made to the pumping wells,resulting in a cumulative power saving of 155.97×10^(4) kW·h and a cost saving of RMB993,700.The research results provide a method for the analysis of factors affecting the energy consumption of oil production wells,and provide some support for the further potential exploration of energy saving and efficiency.
