摘  要:四川盆地蓬莱气区部分探井设计为六开完钻的井身结构,四开采用Ф333.4 mm钻头钻至茅口组顶部,下入Ф282.58 mm尾管封固裸眼段后再回接Ф286.58 mm套管至井口的非标井眼,中完井深在5 000~7 000 m,下套管面临着裸眼段长、环空间隙小、雷四段-飞四段间断含石膏层、酸性气体污染钻井液等工程、地质困难。该区域区已钻井多次出现中完通井卡钻、下套管阻卡事件,其中PS102井中完通井多次卡钻,PS9井Ф282.58 mm套管遇卡未下至设计深度。针对蓬莱气区此开次非常规井眼套管下入问题进行分析总结,通过已钻井井眼准备和下套管过程分析,总结4个本开次套管下入难点,并给出5项针对性技术措施。实践效果表明,通过强化通井钻具组合刚性、落实近钻头单扶通井主动划眼、应用微扩眼技术等措施,能够有效降低下套管阻卡风险,为高效完成蓬莱气区勘探开发工作提供保障,也为SDCK1井等特深井上部大尺寸井眼套管安全下入提供参考。Some exploratory wells in Penglai gas area of Sichuan Basin are designed with a six-hole structure.AФ333.4 mm drill bit is used in four open to drill to the top of Maokou group,and aФ282.58 mm liner is run to seal the open hole section,and then aФ286.58 mm casing is connected back to the wellhead of the non-standard hole.In the middle completion depth of 5000~7000 m,casing is faced with engineering and geological difficulties,such as long open hole section,small annular clearance,intermittent gypsum layer in the fourth stage of the Thunder and the fourth stage of the flying,and acid gas contaminated drilling fluid.In this area,there have been several cases of stuck drilling,casing resistance and stuck in the middle completion well,among which,the completed well PS102 has stuck for many times,and the 282.58 mm casing of PS9 has stuck but not reached the designed depth.This paper analyzes and summarizes the casing running problems in this unconventional well opening in Penglai gas area.Through the well preparation and casing running process analysis,four difficulties in casing running in this unconventional well opening are summarized,and five technical measures are proposed.The practice results show that by strengthening the rigidity of the through-hole assembly,implementing the active drilling of the near-bit single-support through-hole,and applying the micro-reaming technology,the risk of casing resistance and sticking can be effectively reduced,which provides a guarantee for the efficient completion of the exploration and development of Penglai gas area,and also provides a reference for the safe running of the large size hole casing in the upper part of the special deep wells such as SDCK1 well.
