摘 要:针对曙光油田稠油区块储层伤害问题,结合目前解堵技术现状,研究出新型复合酸解堵技术。该技术有效地控制了酸岩反应速度,药剂配方是非氧化组分和氧化组分的复合体,配伍性好,可解除有机、无机物双重堵塞,以达到深部解堵的目的。分析了新型化学复合解堵技术的作用机理,在对体系性能进行室内实验评价的同时,开展了现场试验。结果表明:复合有机酸化液体系对现场无机垢的溶解率可达85%以上,该酸化液体系对现场有机垢的溶解率达到常规土酸的1.5倍以上;新型解堵剂体系的泥浆溶蚀率可达80%以上,是常规土酸的2倍以上,稠油复合酸化解堵技术具有更强的针对性,现场应用效果显著。According to the reservoir damage problem of Shuguang Oilfield heavy oil block,combined with the current situation of plugging removal technology,a new composite acid plugging removal technology is developed.The technology effectively controls the reaction rate of acid rock,and the chemical formulation is a complex of non-oxidizing components and oxidizing components,with good compatibility,which can remove the double blockage of organic and inorganic substances to achieve the purpose of deep unblocking.In this paper,the mechanism of the new chemical composite technology is analyzed,and the performance of the system is evaluated in laboratory experiment and the field test is carried out.The results show that the dissolution rate of the compound organic acidifying liquid system to the on-site inorganic scale can reach more than 85%,and the dissolution rate of the compound acid to the on-site organic scale can reach more than 1.5 times of the conventional soil acid.The mud dissolution rate of the new system can reach more than 80%,which is more than twice that of the conventional soil acid.The technology of heavy oil compound acid has stronger pertinence and remarkable effect in field application.
