摘　　要：智能时代的到来为高校图书馆服务带来了新的发展机遇。从服务的供给侧观察,高校图书馆在数据、资源、人才等层面具备构建智能服务模式的条件;从服务的需求侧观察,高校图书馆用户展现出了迫切的智能服务需求。同时,高校图书馆智能服务模式构建也是对智慧校园建设的一项重要支持。高校图书馆智能服务模式由基础要素层、核心服务层组成,模式运行中应注意技术应用、知识产权、信息安全等问题的合理解决。The intelligent era has brought new development opportunities for the services of university libraries.From the perspective of service supply,university libraries are well-positioned to build intelligent service models in termsof data,resources,and talents.From the perspective of service demand,university library users have shown an urgent need for intelligent services.Building intelligent service models in university libraries also plays a crucial role in supporting the development of smart campuses.The intelligent service model of university libraries consists of a basic element layer and a core service layer.During model operation,it is crucial to address issues such as technological application,intellectual property,and information security.
