摘 要:随着国家对环境保护的不断加强,生活垃圾焚烧发电行业正在向超低排放目标迈进。针对石家庄市某家垃圾焚烧发电厂烟气排放未达市A级标准的问题,对脱硝、脱酸、除尘系统进行了改造,以实现超低排放。改造内容包括在原有烟气处理流程基础上,增加了干法小苏打脱酸和选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)脱硝工艺,并优化了布袋除尘器的风速。通过根据不同工况选择不同的运行模式,系统展现了良好的灵活性。改造后,该厂成功将所有排放参数降至超低排放标准以下,显著减少了污染物排放,提升了企业的竞争力。With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection by the state,the domestic waste incineration power generation industry is moving towards the goal of ultra-low emissions.In response to a waste-to-energy plant in Shijiazhuang City not meeting the city's Class A emission standards,the plant has undergone retrofitting of its denitrification,deacidification,and dust removal systems to achieve ultra-low emission levels.The retrofit included adding a dry sodium bicarbonate deacidification process and selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification to the existing flue gas treatment process,as well as improving the wind speed of the bag filter dust remover.By selecting different operational modes based on varying conditions,the system has shown great flexibility.After the modification,the plant successfully reduced all emission parameters to below the ultra-low emission standards,significantly decreasing pollutant emissions,enhancing the company's competitive position.
