摘  要:通过Deform有限元分析,研究了不同模具下2A10铝合金钉套底部深孔成型时金属流动情况。根据径向偏移量曲线及行程载荷曲线,有倒圆角凸模模具相较于无倒圆角模具所受最大载荷更小,有效提高了工件的成型质量,延长了模具寿命。分析了不同模具的头部成型过程中的等效应力应变、金属流动及行程载荷。优化的完全倒圆角凸模模具相较于初始凸模模具,头部成型的金属流动性更好,原凸模模具承受载荷更大,更容易使模具损坏。使用优化的凸模模具时,头部成型更加合理,且变形更加均匀。The metal flow in the bottom deep hole was studied through Deform finite element analysis when 2A10 aluminum alloy rivet sleeves were formed with different molds. The analysis of radial offset curves and stroke load curves show that chamfered male molds bears a smaller maximum load than unchamfered ones, effectively improving workpiece quality and mold life. The analysis was carried on the changes in equivalent stress-strain, metal flow, and stroke load during the head forming process with the optimized fully-chamfered male mold and the original one. The former mold leads to smoother metal flow, less bearing load, and less damage to the mold. With the former mold, the head forming is more reasonable and the quality is more uniform.
