摘 要:以Hunter式铸嘴为对象,采用有限元方法,基于实际生产过程参数,模拟发现铸嘴出口处温度曲线呈W形分布,并在铸嘴前沿处进行埋偶试验,验证了温度场仿真的正确性;研究了铸轧速度、铸轧温度、扰流块结构、散热条件、板带宽度等对铝合金铸轧温度场的影响。结果表明,铸轧速度对温度场的影响分为两个阶段,当铸轧速度小于0.046 5 m/s时,铸嘴前沿温度场呈V形分布,温度均匀性改善不明显;当铸轧速度在0.046 5 m/s~0.1 m/s范围内,铸嘴前沿温度场呈W形分布,温度均匀性更好。铸轧温度的提高可以提高铸嘴内流场的温度,而对温度场的均匀性影响不大。研究结果为扰流块形状改进以及确定生产工艺参数提供了重要参考。The finite element method was used for Hunter casting nozzles.The simulation with production parameters show W-shaped temperature curves at the nozzle outlet.The test with thermocouples embedded in the nozzle front edge verifies the validity of the temperature field simulation.The subsequent research was carried on the effects of cast-rolling speed,cast-rolling temperature,spoiler structure,heat dissipation conditions,and strip width on the temperature field of aluminum alloy cast-rolling.The results indicate that the cast-rolling speed influences the temperature field in two stages.When the casting speed is less than 0.0465 m/s,the temperature field at the nozzle front edge is V-shaped,and the tempera-ture uniformity is not improved obviously.When the casting speed is in the range of 0.0465-0.1 m/s,the temperature field at the nozzle front edge is W-shaped,and the temperature uniformity is better.It is found that increasing the cast-rolling temperature can improve the temperature of the flow field inside the casting nozzle,but has little effect on the uniformity of the temperature field.The research provides important references for improving the shape of spoiler structure and determining production process parameters.
