摘　　要：目的探讨超早期康复干预对TESSYS-ISEE技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复的影响。方法2018年7月至2019年7月前瞻性收治腰椎间盘突出症36例,均采用TESSYS-ISEE技术治疗,其中18例术后超早期(8 h内)进行康复理疗(观察组),18例采用常规(24 h以后)康复理疗(对照组)。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分评估腰腿痛,采用Barthel评分评估自理能力。结果观察组1例术后因神经麻痹再次手术,其余35例动力位X线检查未见明显腰椎不稳情况,无神经根管周围血肿、神经根麻痹等并发症。术后24 h,观察组VAS评分、Barthel指数均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组VAS评分和Barthel指数均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论TESSYS-ISEE技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后超早期康复理疗,可减轻术后早期疼痛,有利于尽快康复。Objective To investigate the effect of ultra-early rehabilitation on postoperative recovery of patients with lumbaRdisc herniation(LDH)treated by TESSYS-ISEE technique.Methods Thirty-six patients with LDH,who were treated with TESSYS-ISEE technique,were prospectively recruited from July 2018 to July 2019.Among them,18 patients received ultra-early(within 8 h)postoperative rehabilitation(observation group),and 18 patients received conventional(24 h afteRoperation)rehabilitation(control group).Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the lumbaRand leg pain,and Barthel index was used to evaluate the curative effect.Results One patient of the observation group was re-operated due to nerve paralysis afteRoperation,and the otheR35 patients showed no obvious lumbaRinstability,no complications such as peripheral root canal hematoma and nerve root paralysis.The VAS score and Barthel index in the observation group were significantly betteRthan those in the control group 24 h afteRoperation(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in VAS score and Barthel index between the two groups six months afteRsurgery(P>0.05).Conclusions TESSYS-ISEE technique can reduce the early postoperative pain and facilitate the recovery of patients with LDH.
