摘 要:对装有抗侧滚扭杆装置的地铁车体进行了横向受力分析,提出一种新的载荷加载方法。采用新旧结合的方法对地铁车体的横向惯性载荷进行加载,并对加载结果进行对比分析。结果表明:采用新方法加载时地铁车体的横向运动趋势更符合车辆的实际运动状态。地铁车体横向运动产生的侧滚力矩主要由抗侧滚扭杆装置抑制。抗侧滚扭杆载荷对地铁车体上、下门角焊缝应力有不同程度的提升,其中最大增幅为14.7%;抗侧滚扭杆载荷有助于缓解端墙型材拼接焊缝应力,端墙型材拼接焊缝应力降幅可以达到6.7%。The transverse force analysis of the subway car body equipped with anti-roll torsion bar device was conducted,and a new load loading method was proposed.The combination of old and new methods was used to load the transverse inertial load of the subway car body,and the loading results were analyzed.The results show that the lateral motion trend of the subway car body is more in line with the actual motion state of the ve⁃hicle when the new method is loaded.The rolling moment generated by the lateral movement of the subway car body is mainly suppressed by the anti-rolling torsion bar device.The load of the anti-rolling torsion bar in⁃creases the fillet weld stress of the upper and lower doors of the subway body to varying degrees,and the maxi⁃mum increase is 14.7%.The anti-rolling torsion bar load helps to alleviate the stress of the end wall profile splicing weld,and the stress of the end wall profile splicing weld can be reduced by up to 6.7%.
