摘　　要：在印刷预印环节,已经曝光的常规热敏版需要经过显影液的显影才能印刷,显影液在洗去版材非图文部分时会有残留,版材显影过程中残留物的形成会对印刷质量和效率产生不利影响。本文主要研究常规热敏版在制版过程中,不同显影液和版基材料对显影残留物形成的影响,以及它们与印刷质量和效率之间的关系。In the prepress printing process,the conventional thermally plates that have been exposed need to be developed with a developer before printing.The developer while removing non⁃image areas from the plate,leaves residues that can adversely affect print quality and efficiency.This paper primarily investigates the impact of various developer and support materials on the formation of residues during the plate⁃making process of conventional thermal plates,as well as their relationship with printing quality and efficiency.
