针刺少阴经联合佐匹克隆片治疗失眠症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺少阴经联合佐匹克隆片治疗失眠症的疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至9月北京市东城区永定门外社区卫生服务中心收治的失眠患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组口服佐匹克隆片,观察组在此基础上针刺少阴经治疗,比较2组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)得分及临床疗效的差异。结果:经过4周治疗后,2组患者PSQI中睡眠的质量、时间、效率及日间功能障碍得分及总分均显著降低,观察组患者PSQI中睡眠的质量、时间、效率及日间功能障碍得分及总分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺少阴经联合佐匹克隆片治疗睡眠障碍症可显著改善睡眠质量,提高临床效果。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on Shaoyin meridian combined with zopiclone tablets in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:Sixty insomnia patients who visited the outpatient department from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received oral zopiclone tablets,while the study group received acupuncture treatment on Shaoyin meridian on this basis.The differences in PSQI scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the quality,time,efficiency,and daytime functional impairment scores and total scores of sleep in the PSQI of both groups of patients were significantly reduced.The quality,time,efficiency,and daytime functional impairment scores and total scores of sleep in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<005).The total effective rate of the two groups of patients was compared,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture of Shaoyin meridian combined with zopiclone tablets can significantly improve sleep quality and enhance clinical efficacy in the treatment of sleep disorders.
