摘 要:目的:分析睡前规范性饮食干预对老年2型糖尿病患者睡眠质量的改善作用。方法:选取2021年7月至2023年7月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合给予睡前规范性饮食干预。采用失眠状况自评量表(SRSS)比较2组患者的睡眠质量变化,采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)比较2组患者失眠的改善效果,比较干预前后患者的入睡时间、觉醒次数、深度睡眠时间和睡眠总时长的差异,并比较2组患者的血糖水平变化。结果:干预后,观察组睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组,观察组入睡时间、觉醒次数显著短于对照组,观察组深度睡眠时间、睡眠总时长显著长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睡前规范性饮食干预可有效改善老年2型糖尿病患者的睡眠质量,缩短患者的入睡时间,延长睡眠总时长,也在血糖水平控制中发挥作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of bedtime normative diet intervention on sleep quality in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given normative diet intervention before going to bed based on the control group.The changes in sleep quality between the two groups were compared by using the Self-rating Insomnia Scale(SRSS),the improvement effect of insomnia between the two groups was compared by using the Parsons Insomnia Scale(AIS),the differences in falling asleep time,wake times,deep sleep time and total sleep time before and after the intervention were compared,and the changes in blood sugar levels between the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the sleep status Self-rating Scale(SRSS),Assens Insomnia Scale(AIS)scores,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and A1C levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the time to fall asleep and the number of awakenings in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the deep sleep time and total sleep time in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bedtime normative diet intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,shorten the time to fall asleep and extend the total sleep time,and also play a role in the control of blood sugar level,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
