“3S2E”干预管理联合多元集成干预对重症肺炎患者睡眠的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究重症肺炎患者实施“3S2E”干预管理联合多元集成干预配合后的成效。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月泉州市第一医院重症监护室(ICU)收治的重症肺炎患者42例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。观察组患者实施“3S2E”干预管理联合多元集成干预措施,对照组实施常规护理措施。对干预后2组患者睡眠满意度、呼吸频率、睡眠质量评分等观察指标实施分析比较。结果:干预后,2组睡眠满意度比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组呼吸频率比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组睡眠质量评分比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予ICU重症肺炎患者“3S2E”干预管理联合多元集成干预,其实施后的效果相对较好。患者的睡眠满意度得以显著提升,且呼吸频率得以改善,睡眠质量随之提升,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To study the effectiveness of“3S2E”intervention management and multiple integrated intervention in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:For 42 patients with severe ICU pneumonia admitted to Quanzhou first hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,the study group included 21 cases.The subjects in the observation group in this study implemented the“3S2E”intervention management combined with multiple integrated intervention,and the control group subjects implemented the usual nursing measures.The Sleep satisfaction,respiratory rate and sleep quality score between the two groups after nursing.Results:After the intervention,the Sleep satisfaction in the observation groups was higher than the control group(P<0.05);respiratory rate between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);between the sleep quality score of the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of the observation group,“3S2E”intervention management combined with multiple integrated intervention was given to ICU severe pneumonia patients,and the effect was relatively good.After the intervention,the Sleep satisfaction of patients was significantly improved,and the respiratory rate was improved,and the sleep quality was subsequently improved,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
