摘　　要：免疫检查点抑制剂相关自身免疫性糖尿病是一种罕见但严重的免疫检查点抑制剂治疗过程中出现的致命性不良事件,常以糖尿病酮症酸中毒急性起病,且起病时即伴随胰岛功能的衰竭。由于发病率低,缺乏多中心大样本队列研究,目前其发病机制、分型标准、诊断标准及疾病管理及治疗均缺乏统一标准。现对免疫检查点抑制剂相关自身免疫性糖尿病的流行病学、临床特点、发病机制、诊断标准、疾病管理及治疗进行综述。Immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated autoimmune diabetes is a rare but serious and fatal adverse event during the treatment of immune checkpoint inhibitors,often acute onset with diabetic ketoacidosis and accompanied with the pancreatic islet function failure onset.Due to the low incidence and the lack of multi-center large sample cohort studies,there is a lack of unified standards for its pathogenesis,classification criteria,diagnostic criteria,disease management and treatment.This article reviews the epidemiology,clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria,disease management and treatment of immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated autoimmune diabetes.
