摘  要:开展了7A09铝合金材料在实验室模拟海洋环境的腐蚀实验,考察了温度和溶解氧浓度对7A09铝合金材料腐蚀形貌、腐蚀规律和电化学行为的影响。结果显示,随着温度升高,7A09铝合金的腐蚀速率增大,导致腐蚀过程加剧,从点蚀逐渐趋向于均匀腐蚀。随着溶解氧浓度的降低,7A09铝合金表面钝化膜的形成受到影响,腐蚀速率增加,点蚀现象加剧。适当的氧含量有助于增强钝化膜的修复能力,提高其稳定性,从而增强了抗点蚀和缝隙腐蚀的能力。这些发现为7A09铝合金在海水环境中的应用提供了重要的技术支持和设计指导,有助于改进海洋装备和延长其使用寿命。Experiments on the corrosion behavior of 7A09 Al-alloy were carried out by simulating deep-sea environment equipment,and the corrosion morphology,corrosion pattern and electrochemical behavior of 7A09 Al-alloy were analyzed in deep-sea environments with different temperatures and dissolved oxygen concentrations.The results show that the corrosion process of 7A09 Al-alloy intensifies with the increase of temperature,resulting in the increase of corrosion rate,and gradually tends to uniform corrosion from pitting corrosion.With the decrease of dissolved oxygen concentration,the formation of passivation film on the surface of 7A09 Al-alloy was affected,the corrosion rate increased,and the pitting corrosion phenomenon intensified.Appropriate oxygen content helps to enhance the repair ability of the passivation film and improve its stability,thus increasing the resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.These findings provide important technical support and design guidance for the application of 7A09 Al-alloy in deep-sea environments,which can help improve the selection of materials and extend the service life of deep-sea equipment.
