摘 要:随着人们对运动疲劳缓解需求的增长,开发日常可穿着的具有远红外发射性能的纺织品已经成为新的热点。重点介绍了运动疲劳的定义与评价方法,总结了远红外纤维作用原理与现有远红外纺织品的应用,梳理总结了远红外纺织品对运动疲劳缓解作用的研究现状。研究认为,未来可深入研究远红外纺织品在运动后疲劳缓解作用方面与不同原材料织成的具有远红外发射性能的运动服对运动疲劳缓解作用方面。With the increase of people’s requirement for relieving sports fatigue,the development of daily wearable textiles with far-infrared emission property has become a new hotspot.The definition and evaluation methods of sports fatigue are introduced,the principle of far-infrared fiber action and the application of existing far-infrared textiles are summarized,and the research status of the effect of far-infrared textiles on sports fatigue relief are listed and concluded.The research shows that the effects of far-infrared textiles on fatigue relief after exercise and sportswear with far-infrared emission property woven from different raw materials can be further studied in the future.
