摘 要:针对涤纶碱减量后免复练染色易出现色花、色点的问题,研究了涤纶碱减量后布面杂质的组成,并将助剂对杂质的净洗、分散、防反沾性能与布面染色的均匀性进行匹配。结果表明:布面杂质主要由NaOH、消光粉TiO_(2)、涤纶碱减量低聚物PTA及PA浆料组成,TF-256B可代替冰醋酸使用,对杂质及染料有分散效果;染色时助剂选择TF-256B+TF-253+TF-257,可以加强布面杂质的净洗、分散、防反沾效果,布面染色均匀度高。In view of the problems of color flowers and color spots that are easy to appear in the dyeing of no-re-fining after polyester alkali peeling.The composition of the impurities on the cloth surface after the polyester alkali peeling was studied,and the properties of the additives for cleaning,dispersing and anti-staining of the impurities were matched with the uniformity of the cloth dyeing.The results show that the main impurities on the cloth surface consist of NaOH,matting powder TiO_(2),polyester alkali peeling oligomer PTA and PA sizing.TF-256B can replace acetic acid and has a dis-persing effect on the impurities and dyes.The selection of TF-256B+TF-253+TF-257 additives during dyeing can strength-en the cleaning,dispersion,anti-staining effect of the impurities on the cloth,and the uniformity of the cloth dyeing is high.
