摘 要:针对棉中深色品种耐湿摩擦色牢度差、回修困难的问题,对棉织物耐湿摩擦色牢度回修工艺进行了探讨,主要分析了KVS工艺中核心产品对回修效果的影响。结果表明,采用适当的工艺参数,KVS工艺能明显提升织物的耐湿摩擦色牢度,回修后织物的耐湿摩擦色牢度可达3.0级或以上,且对织物其他性能无负面影响。Aiming at the problems of poor color fastness to wet rubbing and difficult rework of medium and dark cotton varieties,the rework process of color fastness to wet rubbing of cotton fabric is discussed,the impact of core prod-ucts in the KVS process on the repair effect is mainly analyzed.The results show that the KVS process can significantly improve the color fastness to wet rubbing of cotton fabric by using appropriate process parameters.The color fastness to wet rubbing of cotton fabric after rework can reach 3.0 grade or above,and there is no negative impact on other properties of the fabric.
