摘　　要：通过优化中冷器主板和气室的设计来达到降低中冷器内部阻力的目的,同时展示了其他零部件的设计优化方案,并通过专业模拟软件,给出了分析结果对比,总结设计优化经验,为风冷中冷器的设计开发提供参考。By optimizing the design of the header and tank to achieve the purpose of reducing the internal resistance of the charge air cooler.At the same time,the optimization of other charge air cooler sub-parts are displayed,and the analysis results are compared with professional simulation software,and the design optimization experience is summarized,which provides reference for the design and development of similar charge air coolers.
