摘 要:大型舰船齿轮减速器在动力系统中扮演着重要角色。本文以舰船行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,阐述行星齿轮减速器的工作原理,分析行星减速器载荷不均匀的原因。内齿轮安装误差、外齿轮安装误差、星轮厚度误差均对均载系数有影响,对行星齿轮减速器中的动力学参数进行计算,分析外啮合副均载特性和内啮合副均载特性,结果表明在多种误差影响下,外啮合副和内啮合副均存在载荷不均的问题,最后研究单一误差对均载系数的影响。本文的研究结果对提升大型舰船齿轮减速器的寿命具有重要的实践意义。The gear reducer plays an important role in the power system of large ships.This paper takes the planetary gear reducer of ship as the research object,expounds the working principle of the planetary gear reducer,analyzes the cause of the uneven load of the planetary gear reducer.Internal gear installation error,external gear installation error and star gear thickness error all have influence on load sharing coefficient.The dynamic parameters of planetary gear reducer were calcu-lated and load sharing characteristics of external meshing pair and internal meshing pair were analyzed.The results show that there are uneven loads in both external and internal meshing pairs under the influence of various errors.Finally,the influ-ence of single error on load balancing coefficient is studied.The research results of this paper have important practical signi-ficance for improving the life of gear reducer in large ships.
