产学研创新资源错配对省域经济发展的影响

摘　　要：依据中国内地30个省份的企业、高校和科研机构2008-2019年的面板数据,运用可行广义最小二乘法,探究了产学研创新资源错配对省域经济发展的直接作用和对产学研合作紧密度的调节作用,并进一步分析了产学研创新资源错配影响省域经济发展的地区异质性以及产学研合作紧密度的门槛效应。研究结果表明,产学研三大主体创新资源中的人才错配和资金错配均对省域经济发展具有明显的负向影响;产学研合作紧密度明显降低了产学研创新资源错配对省域经济发展的影响。进一步研究发现,产学研创新资源错配对省域经济发展的影响存在地区异质性,东部地区三大主体人才错配和高校资金错配对省域经济发展具有显著的正向影响,而中西部地区三大主体人才错配和资金错配均对省域经济发展具有显著的负向影响;产学研合作紧密度在产学研创新资源错配影响省域经济发展中表现出单门槛效应。According to the panel data of enterprise,university and research institution of 30 provinces in the Chinese mainland from 2008 to 2019,the paper explores the direct impact of innovative resource misallocation of industry-university-research on provincial economic development and examines the moderating effect of cooperative tightness of industry-university-research by Feasible Generalized Least Squares method,and further analyzes the regional heterogeneity of innovative resource misallocation of industry-university-research impacting provincial economic development and the threshold effect of cooperative tightness of industry-university-research.The research results show that talent misallocation and capital misallocation of innovation resource of the three subjects of industry-university-research have significantly negative impacts on provincial economic development.The cooperative tightness of industry-university-research significantly weakens the impact of innovative resource misallocation of industry-university-research on provincial economic development.Further research finds that there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of innovative resource misallocation of industry-university-research on provincial economic development,and talent misallocation of the three subjects and capital misallocation of the university have significantly positive impacts on provincial economic development in eastern region,while talent misallocation and capital misallocation of the three subjects have significantly negative impacts on provincial economic development in central and western regions.The cooperative tightness of industry-university-research shows single threshold effect in the impact of innovative resource misallocation of industry-university-research on provincial economic development.
