摘 要:在现实租赁市场中,出租方为吸引承租方会推出一定的优惠活动,如承租方租赁一定时期后,继续租赁将会享受价格优惠。基于这一实际情况,本文提出了带增量型折扣的在线租赁问题,运用竞争比分析方法研究了该问题的最优在线租赁策略及其竞争比;并且考虑市场利率因素对模型进行拓展,给出了考虑利率时的最优在线租赁策略及其竞争比。理论分析结果表明:市场利率的引入能够增强在线租赁策略的竞争性能,从而降低在线租赁决策的成本。通过案例分析,进一步验证了在线租赁策略的可行性和有效性。In the real leasing market,the leaser will launch certain preferential activities to attract the lessee.For example,after a certain period of leasing,the lessee will continue to enjoy preferential prices.Based on this backdrop,this paper proposes the online leasing strategies with incremental discount and the optimal online leasing strategy and its competition are studied by the method of competitive ratio analysis.In addition,considering interest rate,the optimal competitive strategy with incremental discount is further generalized.The theoretical proves that the introduction of interest rate can enhance the competitive performance of online leasing strategy and reduce the cost of online leasing decision.The feasibility and effectiveness of the online strategies are further verified by numerical examples.
