摘　　要：随着大数据技术的发展,其在高校教学管理中的应用日益广泛。大数据技术能够帮助高校优化课程设置、监控教学质量、分析学生学习过程、合理配置资源。实施基于大数据分析的教学管理创新策略,包括建立数据驱动的教学决策机制、提升教师的大数据能力、设计学生个性化学习路径以及加强校园信息化建设与管理,是提升高校教育质量和管理效率的关键。With the development of big data technology,its application in the teaching management of colleges and universities is becoming more and more extensive.Big data technology can help colleges and universities optimize course arrangement,monitor teaching quality,analyze students’learning process,and allocate resources reasonably.Implementing innovative teaching management strategies based on big data analysis,including establishing a data-driven teaching decision-making mechanism,improving teachers’big data capabilities,designing individualized learning paths for students,and strengthening information-based campus construction and management,is the key to improving the quality of education and efficiency of management in colleges and universities.
